The West Midlands modification for Emergency 4 created by Freelancer[]
The West Midlands modification was released in 2013 by the team of the midlands mod, it was founded and continued by Freelancer but died after release. The team are currently working on The London Project (an alternative London Mod with more features) but all seem to be very busy.
